A world of boutique fine dining
The Butcher Chef was created in partnership by Michael Dabic of Dabic Hospitality and Derek von Raesfeld of Von Culinary Inc. Located across from Scotiabank Arena in downtown Toronto, the restaurant brings together premium cuts, refined seafood, and a rare Scotch and wine list in a setting defined by deep black walnut, brass accents, marble surfaces, and crystal chandeliers. The philosophy is simple and intentional: eat mindfully, source locally and sustainably when possible, and deliver an experience that feels discreet, elevated, and complete from the first bite to the last.
